Go to the Cove and move to the bottom where you name doesn't show. Then turn light blue and turn around. After all that it should look like this:

Standing on tree
Go to the Dock. Then click on the tree near the path to go to the Town and right when you click the tree click your mail. Wait for a couple seconds...and it should look like this:
